Salary: $75,000 - $115,000 / year

What you will do

• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT to deliver reliable manufacturing systems.
• Architect and implement solutions to improve business process efficiency and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide tier 3 support for MES applications.
• Gather requirements, map data, and document specifications for future MES projects.
• Train users and super-users to leverage IT systems for process automation.
• Manage change and release processes for MES systems while maintaining proper controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience deploying Camstar MES systems.
• Strong experience with business and technical documentation.
• Must be willing and able to work on-site in Alameda, CA.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• MES/MESA certification.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.
• Hands-on manufacturing shop floor management and distribution operations experience.
