Analog Design Intern (CMOS)

What you will do

• Support analog IP development through IC design, layout, silicon evaluation, and characterization.
• Verify analog IC designs using SPICE simulations.
• Run electromigration and IR-drop analysis on analog IC layouts.
• Perform co-simulation between digital and analog designs.
• Develop and improve design flows that support robust analog IC development.
• Collaborate with the design team and participate in advanced analog training.

Requirements

• Student status in Argentina is required: final year of a 5- or 5.5-year engineering program at UTN-FRC, UTN-VM, UNC, or IUA, or currently pursuing a master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering at an Argentine university.
• Understanding of transistor-level and CMOS circuit design.
• Experience with Cadence schematic capture, simulation, and layout.
• Ability to define and follow project schedules.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled technology may be required, subject to applicable U.S. export regulations and licensing review.

• Experience writing behavioral models for analog and digital circuits.
