Analog Design Intern

TL;DR

Analog Design Intern (Semiconductors): Supporting the development of analog IP products at the Cordoba design center with an accent on IC design, layout, and silicon characterization. Focus on verifying designs using Spice simulations, running EMIR analysis, and developing robust design flows.

What you will do

• Support IC design through schematic capture, simulation, and layout.
• Verify analog IC designs using Spice simulations.
• Run Electromigration/IR drop (EMIR) analysis on analog layouts.
• Perform co-simulation between digital and analog design blocks.
• Develop and enhance design flows to facilitate robust analog IC development.
• Participate in silicon evaluation and characterization tasks.

Requirements

• Must be a student in the final year of a 5/5.5 year Engineering course at UTN-FRC, UTN-VM, UNC, or IUA, or currently enrolled in a Master's/PhD program in Electrical Engineering in Argentina.
• Strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level and CMOS circuit design.
• Experience with Cadence tools for schematic capture, simulation, and layout.
• Ability to define and adhere to project schedules.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
