Salary: $217,100 - $321,230 per annum

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for the design and validation of high-speed broadband analog circuits.
• Oversee the development of optical modulator drivers and TIAs in advanced node technologies.
• Define interface specifications between DSP and optics components in collaboration with systems and photonics teams.
• Manage individual and team performance, including resource allocation and career development.
• Facilitate post-silicon validation, qualification, and transition to mass production.
• Mentor engineers in analog design methodologies and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of experience (or Master’s/PhD with equivalent experience).
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws.
• Proven experience managing teams of analog designers in high-speed broadband design.
• Deep understanding of analog design fundamentals, device physics, and control loop stability.
• Experience as a chip lead with a successful track record of taking chips to mass production.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate specifications into architecture.
