What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for the development of 100s Gbps Transimpedance Amplifiers (TIAs) and Optical Modulator Drivers.
• Oversee leading-edge design in Silicon Germanium (SiGe) BiCMOS and advanced node FinFET technologies.
• Define high-performance broadband analog circuits for optical front-end receivers and transmitters.
• Collaborate with systems, DSP, and silicon photonics teams to define interface specifications.
• Manage individual and team performance, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time objectives.
• Mentor team members in analog design and project management methodologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (BS with 15+ years, MS with 10-12, or PhD with 8-10 years of professional experience).
• Proven experience managing teams of analog designers specializing in high-speed broadband design.
• Track record as a chip lead with successful silicon delivery and transition to mass production.
• Deep understanding of analog design fundamentals, RF/High-Speed broadband (10GHz+), and device physics.
• Proficiency in using EDA CAD tools and overseeing Analog Custom Layout.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law (e.g., U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident).

Nice to have

• Experience with AGC loop design or high-precision analog circuits (linear regulators, current sensors, bandgaps, DAC/ADC).
• Experience in CTLE design.
• Direct experience with Optical Transimpedance Amplifiers (TIAs) or Optical Modulator Drivers.
• Knowledge of Package and System integration issues.
