What you will do
- Analyze and implement state-of-the-art error correction techniques.
- Perform analysis using floating- and fixed-point simulation platforms.
- Implement FEC schemes in hardware (ASICs) using Verilog or SystemVerilog.
- Design DSP schemes for optical coherent transceivers to ensure error-free communications.
- Collaborate with a high-talent team to solve complex optimization problems in hardware.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in electronics, computer software, or telecommunications.
- Proven experience in C, C++, Verilog, SystemVerilog, and Python programming.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
