What you will do

• Design, implement, and test production-grade diagnostics for high-speed digital boards and ASICs.
• Develop manufacturing tests to validate the mass production of data center networking products.
• Perform bring-up of newly manufactured boards and port first-level software.
• Isolate and perform root-cause analysis of reported hardware failures.
• Coordinate with hardware engineering teams on bring-up schedules and feature delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and organize project activities.

Requirements

• BS in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or TCL.
• Strong knowledge of embedded programming and Linux/Unix OS internals.
• Deep understanding of computer networking and OSI layers (TCP/IP).
• Knowledge of PCIe, I2C, XAUI, 10G Ethernet drivers, FPGA, Switch chips, and TCAM programming.
