Salary: $94,000 - $120,000 base; On-Target-Earnings $157,000 - $200,000

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day account administration to resolve customer issues and maintain ongoing business momentum.
- Build relationships across multiple buying personas and align customer functional/corporate objectives with solutions.
- Own renewals for customers with ATR between $100K–$250K and drive independent expansion opportunities under $50K.
- Run customer calls, product conversations, and commercial negotiations to reinforce value, mitigate risk, and facilitate close.
- Partner with Customer Success and internal teams to support outcomes, best practices, whitespace planning, and successful renewals.
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene and use structured digital plays to activate opportunities and drive territory velocity.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience (e.g., Digital AE, RM, SMB/MM AE, ISR).
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to travel 10–25% as needed.
