What you will do

• Create and tune mathematical models for slot machines and card games using Excel.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, wireframes, and storyboards for new features.
• Collaborate with software engineers to test and verify game math model simulations.
• Analyze user metrics and feedback to derive insights and adjust game designs.
• Write narrative elements, copy, and messaging for game features.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and actively participate in the game development process.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in casino game development, game design, and math model design.
• Extensive knowledge of real money or social casino games and player psychology.
• Expert proficiency in Excel, with experience in VBA preferred.
• Programming experience in C/C++, C#, Java, or VBA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Statistics, Economy, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a creative, collaborative, and interrupt-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with art or wireframing tools such as Balsamiq Mockups, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
