What you will do
- Drive the design vision, documentation, and implementation of major Live Event features from start to finish.
- Implement designs in Unreal Engine using Blueprints in collaboration with engineers, animators, VFX, and sound teams.
- Support collaborative, iterative prototyping from early concepts through in-engine execution.
- Participate in playtests and analyze feedback to develop practical solutions to design challenges.
- Contribute to high-level decisions to ensure the team focuses on the highest-impact work.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional game design experience with multiple shipped titles.
- Experience working on online games with live operations.
- Solid familiarity with multiplayer game design and player behavioral patterns.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong communication skills to align cross-disciplinary teams and take ownership of outcomes.
