What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between art and engineering teams to ensure seamless feature execution.
• Own and optimize the asset integration pipeline, managing the import and assembly of assets into Unity.
• Create content using Unity toolsets, including shaders, materials, animation controllers, and particle systems.
• Design and develop custom tools and workflows to increase artist productivity and pipeline efficiency.
• Research and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance content production and streamline workflows.
• Document and continuously improve pipeline best practices for the development team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical artist or in a similar discipline.
• Strong proficiency with the Unity game engine and real-time performance optimization.
• Experience in repository management and asset pipeline creation.
• Proficiency in 3D software (Maya or Blender) and 2D software (Photoshop or Illustrator).
• Professional proficiency in English.

• Strong curiosity or experience with AI-driven tools for content creation.
• Experience in UI/UX implementation.
