What you will do

• Support development of game features and presentation elements within Unity.
• Create and refine VFX elements, including particle systems, shaders, and materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (artists, engineers, producers) to ensure smooth delivery.
• Debug and resolve game scene or performance issues.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute to feature planning.
• Assist in test planning and QA support for edge-case validation.

Requirements

• Experience or familiarity with Unity, specifically VFX, shaders, and materials.
• Basic understanding of game development concepts such as UI, lighting, and game rules.
• Knowledge of Agile workflows and collaboration tools.
• Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States.
• Ability to troubleshoot common issues and work independently with guidance.

Nice to have

• Exposure to different SDKs or alternative game engines.
• Experience working across multiple platforms or cabinet types.
• Familiarity with performance optimization in Unity.
