What you will do

• Design and build cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions for client business challenges.
• Implement and optimize RAG systems for production use cases.
• Lead client engagements from discovery to delivery, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Support presales activities including discovery calls, technical proposals, and client-facing demos.
• Write clean, production-grade Python code for AI integrations and backend services.
• Implement MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices including CI/CD and model monitoring.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and running production systems.
• Hands-on experience with production LLM-based applications and agentic workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Python (OOP, design patterns, clean architecture).
• Experience with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, etc.) and RESTful APIs.
• Proven ability to lead architecture reviews and produce technical design documentation.
• English: B2+ required for collaboration in distributed teams.

Nice to have

• AWS and Claude Code Certifications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Proficiency in Go, Node.js, or Rust.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, or Kafka.
