What you will do

• Develop and deliver technical training strategies to ensure employees possess necessary skills and knowledge.
• Design course materials, curricula, and job aids based on adult learning principles and contract specifications.
• Research and implement new training technologies and techniques to improve knowledge retention.
• Assess organizational learning and development needs and determine optimal delivery vehicles (eLearning, blended, etc.).
• Coach and mentor subject matter experts to deliver specialized process training.
• Create and maintain assessment tools to evaluate trainee skills and ensure compliance with Quality Management System requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of manufacturing experience or an Associate's degree with 5 years of experience in a technical capacity.
• Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring.
• Ability to explain technical processes including soldering, crimping, safety wire, and product inspection.
• Strong understanding of the AS9100 Quality Management System.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled information.
