What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce costs and cycle times through bottleneck and material flow analysis.
• Optimize plant layouts and conduct time and motion studies to maximize productivity.
• Support strategic operational excellence projects, including Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Maintain and audit labor standards using standardized time study methods.
• Develop and deploy site operations safety programs in collaboration with divisional leaders.
• Ensure facility capacity and utilities support plant operations while maintaining layout documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• In-depth experience in Lean Manufacturing and ability to teach Lean concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Proven success in project management.
• Must be able to work on-site as this is an on-site position.

Nice to have

• 1-3 years of Manufacturing Operations experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in the Medical Industry.
• Supply-chain knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems and Documentation Control systems.
