Location: Hybrid (Minimum 4 days per week in the office in Universal City, California)

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end participation statement reporting, from calculation and cash forecasting to payment execution and delivery.
• Partner with the Financial Innovation & Transformation team to design and implement process and technology enhancements.
• Oversee initiatives to resolve reporting bottlenecks and address aging or overdue reporting.
• Review and approve statements to ensure contractual compliance, data integrity, and adherence to deadlines.
• Assess reporting processes for efficiency and controls, collaborating with teams to implement sustainable improvements.
• Support third-party audits and litigation by providing documentation and resolving contractual inquiries.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in participations accounting and/or entertainment finance.
• Advanced Excel skills and SAP experience required.
• Experience partnering with IT to define requirements for system enhancements.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate credibly with executive stakeholders.
• Must be able to contribute from the office at least four days per week in Universal City, CA.
