What you will do
- Define and execute the global GBS strategy, operating model, and transformation roadmap across all global locations.
- Lead enterprise-wide priorities including continuous improvement, E2E process design, and risk management to improve cost and quality.
- Drive digital transformation by implementing AI-enabled workflows, automation, and analytics for globally standard ways of working.
- Partner with global stakeholders to optimize and scale the GBS footprint across Bucharest, Costa Rica, and Manila.
- Provide executive oversight and site leadership for a GBS center, ensuring operational integrity, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive professional experience.
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles within global shared services or GBS environments.
- Bachelorβs degree required; Masterβs degree preferred.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide process improvement and large-scale change initiatives.
- Ability to operate and influence at scale across diverse regions, functions, and cultures.
