Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Operations, Training, or Workforce management as a Team Lead or Manager.
- Completed at least 2 years of college education.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities.
- Experience in Travel, Healthcare, Insurance, or Financial accounts is preferred.
