What you will do

• Develop customer empathy through interviews, research, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to scope and deliver features.
• Assist in identifying and documenting customer and market problems.
• Represent product management in agile ceremonies and team meetings.
• Conduct competitive research and trend analysis.
• Help mature product management processes and AI implementation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and learn from mistakes.
• Strong curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Commitment to a 4-month internship term from September to December 2026.

Nice to have

• Experience writing and refining detailed requirements.
• Understanding of coding tools and AI technologies.
• Exposure to Pragmatic Marketing or similar product frameworks.
