What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce.
• Integrate AI agents into human workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Implement automated testing and maintain high code quality standards using Git, Jenkins, and SFDX.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop Tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights into engineering productivity and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for security, performance, and correctness.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology and Software Engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Force.com, Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce.
• 2+ years of experience in Java, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Strong understanding of hirify.global security models, APIs, and data modeling.
• Demonstrated AI-first approach to engineering with experience integrating AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills for creating reliable, production-ready AI outputs.

Nice to have

• hirify.global Admin or Developer Certification.
• Experience with Agentforce architecture and enterprise AI adoption patterns.
• Familiarity with Test-driven Development (TDD) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience building AI-enabled developer productivity dashboards.
