What you will do

• Conduct mechanical tests according to established standards like ASTM, BS, and EN.
• Coordinate test requests with internal teams and third-party testing facilities.
• Analyze test data and communicate results accurately to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration records, and detailed documentation.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries regarding product safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with the U.S.-based Conformance Team to maintain inquiry logs.

Requirements

• 5 years of laboratory technician experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and project planning skills.
• Excellent technical writing and communication abilities.
• Experience with computerized equipment and data collection devices.
• Previous mechanical testing or metrology laboratory experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of BIFMA, BSI, and EN standards.
• Experience with specific testing equipment.
