What you will do

• Code new products and product characteristics accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Maintain product databases and ensure data quality through established validation checks.
• Monitor product launches and updates to ensure information reflects market reality.
• Collect and archive product information from manufacturers, websites, and catalogs.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Respond to client queries and collaborate with internal teams to resolve requests.

Requirements

• Fluent Croatian and intermediate English (B2+) communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Zagreb, Croatia.
