What you will do
- Define new digital strategies and design customer experiences and journeys to improve business functions.
- Develop digital business and operating models and implement mobile innovations in marketing and sales.
- Manage a core practice area, leading specific campaigns and driving new business development.
- Utilize data analytics, e-commerce, and programmatic marketing to solve client challenges.
- Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital through workshops, publications, and seminars.
- Lead, manage, and foster a diverse team of consultants.
Requirements
- Master's degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience within a management consultancy, creative agency, or blue-chip multinational firm.
- Background in Strategy, Digital, Marketing, and Customer Experience/Journey design.
- Experience with digital analytical tools such as Adobe and Google Ad Manager.
- Fluency in Dutch (mandatory), French, and English.
- Existing work authorization for Belgium is required.

- Strong interest and ability to build expertise in AI-related topics.
- Willingness to participate in temporary assignments abroad.
