Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam or Maastricht hubs, with hybrid/remote flexibility).

What you will do
- Define brand positioning, portfolio strategies, and go-to-market models for retail clients.
- Support transformation programs including omnichannel strategy, pricing optimization, and operational redesign.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate actionable client insights.
- Contribute to project framing, client interviews, and the co-creation of strategic recommendations.
- Operate in agile, multidisciplinary teams with exposure to C-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- Around 2 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategic role within retail/consumer goods.
- Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to bridge strategic vision with operational detail.
- Interest in data and AI-related topics and ability to build expertise in these areas.
- Must have existing work authorization for the Netherlands (no work permit provided).

- Understanding of the retail/consumer goods ecosystem including brands, retailers, and consumer trends.
