Senior Consultant (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Analyze, design, and implement business processes using the GRIPP methodology.
• Lead complex, large-scale projects with budgets ranging from 3 to 50 million euros.
• Model and optimize business processes utilizing BPMN tools such as Adonis or Aris.
• Advise clients on digital transformation and industry best practices.
• Provide training and coaching to teams for the successful implementation of new processes.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree.
• 5-7 years of experience in process optimization and digital transformation.
• Proficiency in BPMN and experience with tools like Adonis or Aris.
• Fluent Dutch and excellent English proficiency.
• Must possess a valid work permit for the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with MES, ERP, LIMS, or QMS systems within the Life Sciences sector.
