What you will do

• Define brand positioning, portfolio strategies, and go-to-market models for retail clients.
• Support transformation programs including omnichannel strategy, pricing optimization, and operational redesign.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate actionable client insights.
• Contribute to project framing, client interviews, and the co-creation of strategic recommendations.
• Operate in agile, multidisciplinary teams with exposure to C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Approximately 4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategic role within retail/consumer goods.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to bridge strategic vision with operational detail.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and their application in business.
• Must possess valid work authorization for the region (no work permit sponsorship provided).
