What you will do

• Design and execute end-to-end tenant-to-tenant migration plans for files, authentication, and connected apps.
• Configure cross-tenant infrastructure including B2B trust policies and management group mapping.
• Deploy Azure File Sync and manage storage tiering with minimal downtime.
• Migrate on-premises SQL databases to Azure and validate performance post-migration.
• Design pipeline-based data movement for Azure-to-Azure SQL migrations.
• Author cutover runbooks and automation scripts using PowerShell, CLI, and Terraform.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud migrations with specific expertise in Azure tenant-to-tenant transitions.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell and Azure CLI.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server migration, including version compatibility remediation.
• Deep knowledge of Azure networking (VNet peering, Private Endpoints, DNS) and Entra ID multi-tenant configurations.
• Ability to operate independently and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Certifications: AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-040, DP-300.
• Experience in regulated environments such as SOC2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, or CMMC.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
