Sr Manager/Deputy Director - IP Engineering (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead or co-lead large-scale high-performance compute processor IP development projects from planning through delivery.
• Define technical strategies, review architectures and specifications, and ensure product quality and delivery excellence.
• Provide technical guidance across microarchitecture, RTL design, verification, engineering flows, signoff, and product delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams while supporting succession planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with global, multi-site teams on technology roadmaps, customer engagements, methodologies, quality improvements, and product execution.
• Drive process improvements, operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in digital front-end design, RTL implementation, verification, validation, or computational IP development, including significant technical leadership.
• Proven experience leading large-scale IP or SoC projects with accountability for quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong expertise in microprocessor, memory, and system architecture, plus hands-on experience with RTL design, microarchitecture, verification, formal methods, functional coverage, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog, Verilog, UVM, C/C++, Python, Perl, and scripting languages.
• Experience with industry-standard EDA tools and strong skills in program execution, resource planning, risk management, communication, and engineering team development.
