What you will do

• Lead customer engagements for standard cell library optimization and RTL-to-GDS enablement.
• Interface with customers on digital flow methodologies, including timing characterization and physical/logical view generation.
• Create and update technology LEF for digital tools.
• Run Genus and Innovus to validate techLEF correctness, library performance, and DRC compliance.
• Develop and validate Tempus timing flows.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to drive tool and methodology improvements.

Requirements

• Must be currently located in the US
• Bachelor's degree with 12-16 years of design/EDA experience or Master's degree with 10+ years of experience.
• Proven experience with techLEF development at advanced nodes (5nm and below).
• Deep knowledge of standard cell/IO design, optimization, and characterization (LLE/LDE effects).
• Proficiency with Liberty (.lib), Verilog, NLDM, CCS, and ECSM views.
• Strong programming skills in TCL, Shell scripting, and Perl in a Unix environment.
