Location: Must be based in Pontiac, MI (Onsite, 5 days per week). No relocation benefits provided.

What you will do

• Build, test, and repair electronic circuits and programmable controls for instrumentation systems.
• Support the development of next-generation race engine harnesses and control systems.
• Maintain and update documentation for harness building, testing, and troubleshooting processes.
• Collaborate with program managers, track support engineers, engine builders, and the dyno team.
• Manage inventory of components required for harness and sensor fabrication.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and electrical schematics.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Must be able to work onsite in Pontiac, MI, five days per week.
• Associates degree in Electrical technology or equivalent job-related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience building automotive or aviation harnesses in racing, aerospace, or military vehicle environments.
• Proficiency in soldering and interpreting complex electrical schematics.
• Experience with MILSPEC wiring systems and hardware (e.g., Cannon, Deutsch, Autosport, Amphenol).
