What you will do

• Analyze user feedback from support tickets, social media, and surveys using tools like Enterpret, Canny, and Looker.
• Translate raw qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable insights for product managers.
• Build and maintain scalable processes for feedback intake, classification, and follow-through.
• Partner with Program Managers to conduct deep dives on priority product loops.
• Present findings through regular reporting cadences to cross-functional product teams.
• Contribute to the evolution of feedback categorization within the company ecosystem.

Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex problems and demonstrate user empathy.
• Experience turning messy, multi-source data into concise, actionable stories.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and AI-assisted productivity workflows.
