What you will do

  • Manage mobile game F2P product roadmaps, live operations, and content release schedules across multiple global markets.
  • Define and execute product strategies to optimize key performance indicators including DAU, retention, and ARPDAU.
  • Coordinate multi-region release deployments, version control, and feature updates.
  • Analyze game data and player behavior to improve monetization and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, art, QA, and marketing teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and product evaluations to guide long-term strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in online or mobile F2P gaming.
  • Proven track record operating large-scale MMO, RPG, or Shooter mobile games with high DAU.
  • Deep understanding of Free-to-Play systems, monetization models, and live ops optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools and KPI-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in UX flow design, feature specifications, and product documentation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Python, ChatGPT API, or AI-driven operations tools.
  • Knowledge of player community management and engagement programs.
  • Familiarity with localization and AI-based customer support automation.
