What you will do

• Define and drive product portfolio strategy, roadmap, and objectives based on qualitative and quantitative data.
• Communicate long-term product vision and secure stakeholder alignment.
• Establish and monitor key metrics to evaluate product health and success.
• Lead technical explorations and collaborate with development teams to validate and refine solutions.
• Manage scoping, prioritization, and defect resolution effectively.
• Mentor and coach less experienced team members to develop product management skills.

Requirements

• Must have current right to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
• More than 5 years of product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with eDiscovery solutions, operational gateways, or permission management systems.
• Knowledge of privacy data compliance regulations including GDPR.
• Experience using OKRs or similar outcome-based frameworks.
