What you will do

• Lead the strategic evolution of legacy-based datasets while maintaining historical continuity.
• Direct complex data integration projects combining survey data with behavioral and census-level inputs.
• Establish and oversee research protocols for sampling, weighting, and data linkage.
• Partner with product and commercial leaders to align analytic strategies with business objectives.
• Act as a senior consultant to internal teams and clients, translating complex statistical concepts into actionable narratives.
• Mentor and develop senior researchers and data scientists to foster a culture of scientific rigor.

Requirements

• Must be physically located within the US
• 12+ years of experience in Data Science, Measurement Science, or Research Methods, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record of evolving legacy survey-based products into modern integrated data assets.
• Deep expertise in survey sampling design, weighting, inference, and multi-source data integration.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, or Economics.
• Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and gaining buy-in on methodological decisions.
