Associate Manager, AIOps Engineering (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Form and grow an AIOps engineering team with expertise in RPA, AI/ML, and DataOps.
• Drive adoption and integration of RPA, AI/ML, and DataOps to optimize IT operations and solve complex business problems.
• Lead implementation of AI services and solutions aligned with business needs and delivering measurable value.
• Oversee streaming, collection, and processing of big data to extract insights and enable data-driven decisions.
• Measure and track success of AI-driven initiatives and report impact on operational and business outcomes.
• Provide strategic direction, guidance, and feedback to ensure the team meets organizational goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and building successful AIOps engineering teams with a track record of high-performing engineers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, facilitate clear communication, and provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to design and implement robust, scalable RPA solutions and automate repetitive tasks/processes.
• In-depth knowledge of data pipelines, data governance, and data quality principles.
• Familiarity with major cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and Confluent Kafka for deploying and managing AI and big data solutions.
