What you will do

• Design, analyze, and optimize employee journeys across the full lifecycle.
• Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear process designs and user stories.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and global stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Work within a Product Trinity (Product Manager, Lead Engineer, Architect) to support product discovery and delivery.
• Monitor journey performance using data, feedback, and metrics.
• Contribute to the implementation of digital HR solutions like Workday.

Requirements

• Experience in HR processes, employee experience, or product-related roles.
• Strong understanding of employee journeys and the HR domain.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (business proficiency).

• Experience with journey mapping, design thinking, or experience frameworks.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.
• Affinity with data-driven decision-making and performance metrics.
• Experience in a digital product or platform-oriented environment.
