What you will do
- Design, analyze, and optimize employee journeys across the full lifecycle.
- Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear process designs and user stories.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and global stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Work within a Product Trinity (Product Manager, Lead Engineer, Architect) to support product discovery and delivery.
- Monitor journey performance using data, feedback, and metrics.
- Contribute to the implementation of digital HR solutions like Workday.
Requirements
- Experience in HR processes, employee experience, or product-related roles.
- Strong understanding of employee journeys and the HR domain.
- Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (business proficiency).
Nice to have
- Experience with journey mapping, design thinking, or experience frameworks.
- Ability to influence without formal authority.
- Affinity with data-driven decision-making and performance metrics.
- Experience in a digital product or platform-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Workday.
