What you will do

• Improve AI/ML infrastructure for model development, training, and deployment, specifically for LLMs and generative AI.
• Design a multi-year vision for generative AI areas including text generation, image synthesis, and multimodal models.
• Architect systems to make complex healthcare data sets more accessible and actionable.
• Develop and implement prompt engineering strategies to effectively guide generative AI models.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to identify and prioritize applied AI use cases.
• Contribute to API development for integrating AI capabilities into existing healthcare systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• BS/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience building full-stack web applications in cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages on large datasets.
• 2+ years of experience acting as a technical decision-maker and coaching other engineers.
