TL;DR

Sr. Manager, Talent Operations (Talent Operations/People Analytics): Lead strategy and execution across workforce planning, TA analytics, recruiter enablement, and TA program governance with an accent on executive dashboards, forecasting, and operational rigor across global Talent Acquisition. Focus on building scalable capacity and financial models, driving transformation readiness, and establishing PMO/governance frameworks that improve hiring at scale.

What you will do

  • Own Talent Acquisition analytics and workforce planning, translating business strategy into data-driven hiring plans aligned to budget and headcount.
  • Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks, including quarterly hiring forecast cycles and actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Build and manage capacity and financial models to optimize recruiter productivity and align hiring with budget performance.
  • Lead recruiter enablement and stakeholder training to improve hiring manager effectiveness and drive adoption of TA tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Drive TA transformation readiness by planning and executing transformation training and embedding change management cross-functionally.
  • Establish TA PMO, governance, intake, and portfolio triage processes; track initiative delivery and provide executive updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Talent Operations, Program Management, Workforce Planning, People Analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience leading teams and/or large-scale cross-functional programs.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel/Sheets; BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred).
  • Proven ability to build executive dashboards and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Experience establishing PMO structures, governance models, and portfolio management practices.
  • Strong change management and enablement background with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary: 166,500.00 - 244,200.00 USD (base pay range for SF Bay Area)
