NPI Engineer

What you will do

• Support the NPI Project Engineer in assigned project activities and follow-ups.
• Participate in the development of manufacturing systems, assembly lines, and process methods.
• Assist in creating process sheets, work instructions, and production standards.
• Support prototype assembly, testing, and evaluation of new products.
• Generate engineering sample requests and support validation activities.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to meet quality, cost, and cycle time targets.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Matehuala, San Luis Potosí.
• Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
