Associate Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support assembly line operations, including validation procedures such as hot testing, road tests, and fluid fills.
• Identify and resolve root causes of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions on the assembly line.
• Collaborate with remote engineering teams to continuously improve assembly systems and product quality.
• Perform regular maintenance and calibrations of assembly line equipment on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Integrate new technologies, including automation, robotics, and CAM software, to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with marketing, purchasing, and manufacturing departments to provide design solutions that meet customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or Metal Mechanics Engineering.
• Experience in low voltage installations, production line automation, and heavy machinery assembly and commissioning.
• Knowledge of PLC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and the ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• English: Intermediate (B1) proficiency required.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and willingness to travel as needed.
