What you will do

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure absolute financial accuracy across client accounts.
• Lead month-end close processes, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow and provide proactive recommendations to improve client profitability.
• Implement and manage Profit First allocations and cash flow systems.
• Collaborate directly with clients during advisory calls to review financial health.
• Optimize accounting workflows within QuickBooks Online and integrated operational tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of finance-related experience in accounting or advisory roles.
• Proven expertise in U.S.-based accounting, bookkeeping, and tax-related workflows.
• Hands-on experience with U.S. payroll processes using Gusto.
• Deep proficiency in QuickBooks and experience with GoHighLevel.
• Exceptional English communication skills for client-facing advisory.
• Ability to work 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST.
