What you will do

• Concept and art direct integrated campaigns and activations across digital and physical channels.
• Deliver world-class design that elevates the creative output of the Studio Z team.
• Implement generative AI tools to accelerate ideation and scale creative production.
• Design social architecture that maintains brand premiumness while feeling organic to social feeds.
• Monitor cultural shifts in behavior, music, sports, and tech to ensure creative relevance.
• Present creative rationale in formal reviews to bridge business strategy with cultural impact.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in art direction or design at a top studio or agency.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud is required.
• Mastery of generative AI tools for creative workflows is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading integrated campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Experience collaborating on and supporting professional photo and video shoots.
• Must be based in the United States and available for occasional travel.
