What you will do

• Design and implement secure backend services and REST-based microservices using Java Spring.
• Develop software for Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) using C.
• Contribute to a microservice-based platform with a focus on security and performance.
• Collaborate within agile DevOps teams to deliver production-ready software.
• Develop and maintain automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture and security concepts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience using Java Spring Framework.
• Proficiency in C programming language.
• Experience with Docker and basic exposure to Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
• Must have a valid visa and work permit for the Czech Republic.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of messaging technologies like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or NATS.
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Grafana or ELK.
• Interest in security concepts, cryptography, or PKI.
• Willingness to learn Site Reliability Engineering practices.
