Product Integration Lead (Ad Technology)

What you will do

• Lead ad integration activities across platforms for hirify.global ad serving platforms, DTC streaming applications, and partner apps.
• Act as a subject matter expert on ad server integrations for non-O&O supply and demand partners.
• Partner with ad product and central/brand tech teams to define ad implementation best practices and influence application/player design for advertising.
• Own baseline ad systems configurations for new supply endpoints and provide troubleshooting/debugging using pre-release logs to unblock QA.
• Document ad-related features and tech stacks across integrations; serve as POC for new advertising features/products on partner supply endpoints.
• Bridge Ad Sales product and QA by operationalizing test cases and cross-training teammates across other endpoint squads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with ad serving systems and dynamic ad insertion workflows.
• Knowledge of FreeWheel ad server and server-to-server integrations.
• Knowledge of VAST, VMAP, and ORTB protocol specifications.
• Experience with streaming media, including streaming video players, ABR techniques, and CDNs.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues, running Charles sessions, and evaluating web traffic/event triggers.
• Experience with RESTful APIs connecting mobile applications to back-end services.
