What you will do

• Contribute to building and scaling the next-generation, AI-forward advertising technology stack.
• Own several distributed real-time APIs and applications written in Go.
• Develop robust cross-team data flows using streaming platforms like Redpanda.
• Continuously improve the reliability, performance, and maintainability of core production systems.
• Collaborate within a Scrum-based engineering team to solve complex business problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience deploying high-performance production code.
• 2+ years of experience managing complex, high-reliability distributed systems.
• Proven ability to scale products from MVP to high-volume production environments.
• Strong track record of designing and building maintainable, large-scale systems.
• Ability to navigate complex, unfamiliar problem spaces and translate business challenges into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with 0-to-1 product launch initiatives.
• Hands-on experience scaling 1-to-N distributed systems.
• Experience designing interfaces and infrastructure for high-volume services.
• Familiarity with the AdTech ecosystem.
