What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and data flows for AI-powered experience orchestration.
• Deliver rapid proof of concepts and MVPs using hirify.global Cloud AI Studio and Copilot.
• Integrate AI solutions with CRM, ERP, and third-party platforms.
• Lead process redesign workshops to enable seamless, omnichannel customer experiences.
• Establish analytics frameworks to measure solution performance and refine outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing or supporting CX, CRM, or AI platforms.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, or AI-driven design.
• Proficiency with APIs, data pipelines, and modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and business stakeholder groups.

Nice to have

• Experience with conversational AI or agent assist solutions.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and JSON.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, and security practices.
• Industry experience in insurance, healthcare, banking, retail, or public sector.
