What you will do

• Build and integrate autonomous agents using LLMs, planning algorithms, and decision-making frameworks.
• Develop full-stack AI solutions, including backend services and frontend interfaces for copilots and automation tools.
• Optimize agent behavior through reinforcement learning, feedback loops, and semantic knowledge layers.
• Collaborate directly with customers to scope, prototype, and deploy production-ready AI systems.
• Implement observability, security, and guardrail mechanisms to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Capture field intelligence and contribute to the evolution of core AI platforms and frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Python and frontend technologies like TypeScript and React.
• Proven experience building AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or Google ADK.
• Expertise in LLM architectures, agent orchestration (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen), and observability tools.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ability to travel up to 25% globally for customer engagements.

Nice to have

• Experience with knowledge graphs for agent reasoning.
• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG architectures.
• Background in microservices-based architectures and data engineering tools like Spark.
