What you will do

• Maintain and enhance business applications built on the Pega platform.
• Participate in the full application lifecycle within a DevOps model, from development to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
• Work within a newly established PEGA engineering team in an international environment.

Requirements

• PEGA certification or several years of professional experience using the Pega platform.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience working in complex, regulated environments (e.g., large financial institutions).
• Proven experience as a lead engineer.
• Strong team-player mindset.
