Infrastructure Manager (Data Center & Disaster Recovery)

Infrastructure Manager (Data Center & Disaster Recovery): Leading the design, operation, and management of on-premises data centers and disaster recovery sites with an accent on high availability, system reliability, and infrastructure security. What you will do

• Manage on-premises and co-located disaster recovery data centers to ensure high availability.
• Lead and mentor a small infrastructure team, setting priorities and managing daily operations.
• Design and maintain virtualization environments including VMware, Hyper-V, and Windows Server clusters.
• Oversee backup and recovery processes using Commvault to meet business continuity objectives.
• Manage infrastructure monitoring and patch management using SCOM and SCCM.
• Coordinate application deployments and support hosting across on-premises and Azure environments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure or data center operations.
• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
• Proven experience managing enterprise data center and disaster recovery environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with VMware, Hyper-V, and Windows Server clustering.
• Experience leading or supervising technical staff.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and operational discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hybrid environments (on-premises and Azure).
• Experience managing virtual desktop infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Commvault, SCOM, and SCCM.
• Experience in regulated or audit-driven environments.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Infrastructure, or Security).
