What you will do

• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process to ensure product compliance.
• Utilize NCR processes and 8D methodology to identify and resolve non-conformances.
• Conduct daily internal audits of work activities to identify process gaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and safety teams to implement corrective actions.
• Update customer issue responses within the NCR system and customer portals.
• Escalate advanced quality problems to QA Engineers for root cause investigation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pelzer, SC.
• 2-5 years of experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability using 8D/NCR methodology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Nice to have

• Quality-related certifications such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Experience as a trained Internal Auditor for ISO standards.
