What you will do

• Define and execute the global GRC and trust strategy aligned with business growth and product innovation.
• Lead compliance strategy for U.S. public sector and defense markets, including FedRAMP and CMMC Level 2.
• Own end-to-end delivery of global audits and certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.
• Mature enterprise risk management (ERM) and governance structures to provide real-time visibility into risk posture.
• Drive AI governance initiatives, specifically focusing on ISO 42001 and emerging regulatory requirements.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global GRC organization while engaging with executive leadership and regulators.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in security, risk, or compliance, with 5–7+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in major frameworks including ISO, SOC, FedRAMP, and CMMC.
• Proven experience leading global GRC functions within SaaS, cloud, or highly regulated environments.
• Demonstrated success in using compliance programs to enable business growth and market expansion.
• Strong background in enterprise risk management, control frameworks, and audit execution.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
