What you will do

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework across business, application, data, and infrastructure domains.
• Develop and execute a multi-year technology strategy aligned with business goals and investment plans.
• Lead architecture review boards and ensure compliance with established standards and governance processes.
• Partner with executive leadership (CIO, CTO, CISO) to shape technology strategy and act as a trusted advisor.
• Drive modernization initiatives including cloud, data platforms, AI, and security.
• Build and lead a high-performing enterprise architecture team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in IT, with significant focus on enterprise architecture or technology strategy.
• Proven leadership experience managing senior architects or cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architecture patterns.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data architecture, and enterprise systems.
• Experience driving large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Background in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or government.
• Experience with AI/ML, data platforms, or digital transformation programs.
